I completed the Iron Man triathlon which is a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and a 26.2

Full marathon this past Saturday and November 2nd and today is November 4th.

How do you feel today?

Little sore.

So yesterday when I woke up the day after lower back was super tight because I held a

arrow position for like 99% of the time.

Legs were sore.

Today is still a little sore but honestly I feel really really good.

I have honestly been shocked at how obviously you are not recovered but sometimes I forget

that you just did not iron man.
