Now, onto today's podcast, which actually stems from a post that I put in the group. And it's all

about accountability and responsibility. And this is something that not a lot of people are able to achieve is this level of

accountability and I see it very very often in sessions I see it in life with friends and family

members and you know I see so much of blame and pointing the finger to other people around us

for the way that we're feeling, you know, our feelings and our actions. And we point the finger

because of experiences or things that have happened to us. But when you do this, when you point

the finger, when you transfer the blame to somebody else,

what you're initially doing is you are stripping yourself of power.

You're giving up your power to change that ability to be able to write a new chapter in your life. You know, we, we write our own

stories in our life and we write the chapters of our life. But when we blame, we take that

ability away. You know, we allow somebody else to write our stories, to write our chapters.

When you're placing the blame on other people, you're in effect just going, here you go,
