But chances are, if you're somebody who's really taking action during this quarantine, as we've encouraged everyone to do, you know, to once again be active, not reactive during this whole situation. And by doing that, you know, even with ourselves, our clients, our community, we've really seen everyone get to the point they have. And we're so proud of everyone for that. So, you know, here's going to be some tips on how to balance your fitness goals with social life. I mean, it's summer, you know, it's coming up. At the end of the day, we're very realistic. I've always said to even to my clients or people who are just like kind of inquiring, you know, if I were to be given a meal plan that just consists of like stuff that I don't like |

We want it to be all about, you know, our big two things are sustainability, you know, and to be able to replicate and be consistent with something, you know. and for that to work, for it to be sustainable, it needs to be something you can do when |

Yeah, you're not going to lose healthy weight, but you are going to lose a ton of weight, weight, but then the second you can't do your juice cleanse, it's all over. |
