0:00.0	shamanic work, plant medicine work, is what we call shadow work. So you're able to examine and see all
0:08.5	the different shadow areas of your life, the darkness in your life. And we say darkness,
0:13.5	but it's really wounding. It's past life trauma. It's present life trauma. It's ancestral patterns that don't serve you.
0:23.0	And it was only until I did shamanic work that I was able to really dive deep into that.
0:29.6	I mean, I think that psychotherapy is another way, but I have psychotherapists that I've worked with.
