Facebook group, and it was, I asked a question about things that people struggle with on a daily

basis that maybe they feel is impacting their mental health.

And one of the members of the group come back with feelings of

being overwhelmed. And, you know, I did, I went live on there to cover this subject and answer

some questions for people. So I thought I'd do a podcast on being overwhelmed and how you can

tackle that and how you can begin to deal with

these feelings of overwhelmed with too much, whether it's too much stress, whether it's too

much of a workload, whether it's overwhelmed with the work-life balance or anything, just

feeling like you're not quite coping with things. So this is, it's quite normal and standard

nowadays for us to be overwhelmed and for us to be stressed simply because of the lifestyles that

we lead. And, you know, we put so much on ourselves that the stress builds up. We start to lose focus, we start to lose track, we start to lose

track, we start to lose drive and motivation. So the small things then start to get left out. So
