Summary

The emotional stagnation zone is where many of us find ourselves as widows. The very last thing we want to do in grief is handle or bring on more intense emotions. So, it’s no surprise then that while life doesn’t feel terrible, it doesn’t feel exciting either. How we end up here makes sense, but we don’t have to stay in this place. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start thriving, listen in to find out why we get stuck in the emotional stagnation zone and how to get out.
