Summary

2023 is here, and it continues to fascinate me how scary it can sometimes feel to enter a blank slate where we’re creating from scratch and thinking about what we want in the next chapter of life. Our brains will offer us unconscious, unintentional fear-producing thoughts about the blank slate that is in front of us, but you don’t have to listen. Uncertainty will always be a part of our lives, so we have to learn to relate to it in ways that serve us, and you’re going to hear how on this episode.

thinking about what I loved about 2022, what I learned, what went well, what didn't go well,

1:00.7

what I want to do differently in 2023, what I want to create going forward.

1:05.2

And as I've been thinking about that, it continues to fascinate me how scary sometimes it can feel when we come into something new,

1:16.9

the future, a blank slate, if you will, creating from scratch, just thinking about what we want

1:23.6

in the next chapter of life. And so that's what I want to talk to you about on the podcast

see everyone while she's home. But it's just been really nice to have her hanging out on the

1:50.0

couch with me. Last night we watched Stutz on Netflix. I recommend it. If you have Netflix,

1:55.8

go check it out. It is a documentary about a psychiatrist. And it's done by Jonah Hill. It's his psychiatrist,

2:03.9

and he has really interesting visual ways of explaining things. If you like this podcast,

2:10.4

I think you'll really like that show. It's useful. And I think it'll give you some things

2023. I really enjoyed it. Also, we did the, remember I told you I had a brand new training
