Now on to today's podcast, which is something that I really, really wanted to cover because I get a lot of it in sessions.

I get a lot of it with family members, friends, I've experienced it myself, and it's all about a lack of consistency in anything that we do and especially when it comes to gaining control over mental

health. And it gets to the point where I actually now, I do get a little bit frustrated,

you know, and I apologize for that, but I do, and I see it on such a regular basis.

I have clients that come to me and we work together in giving

them the tools, the techniques, the knowledge, the ability to gain control over their anxious

responses, their mental health problems, their ways of feeling, you know, low in their mood. And we go through this process

and they come to me for a period of time and they come out of their sessions feeling like they

are on track. And it's brilliant. They feel elated. They feel amazing. They feel like they have

got everything down as they needed to. And they're
