that I spent hours in the gym almost every single day. Sure, some of that time was

spent training clients, but before and after training my clients I would

work out myself sometimes two times a day. In fact, I even did this ridiculous nine hour workout in the gym trying to increase the size of my arms in one day and I even linked to it in the blog post that I'm doing as a supplement to this to this episode just to let you know
