Yeah, I think it's an employee market right now, right?

There are a lot of employers who are looking for jobs that they need filled for various reasons.

You know, there's good data out there, at least in the last month, that the great resignation

was actually a lot more weighted in terms like over in the retail and restaurant sector.

So most of the people who were quitting their jobs and then finding new ones were people who

were doing their sorts of non-office jobs. But I do think that the spirit of the great resignation

is still very much in place in workplaces.

We have another great episode for you coming up as we get into the end of the year approaching the

holidays. I'm sure for most people this is the near end of their working year. We hope you had

the big problem and bigger promise of working from home. You know, Sagan, I've been obsessed with

this conversation about how the workplace is changing. It's an example of a literal

realignment. If you'd went back to 2019 and asked us, well, most of us work from home. If you're in a

white collar percent profession, obviously, most people will be highly skeptical. Yet,

that's happened. We've seen a complete and total change where you live, where you work, and how
