Welcome to the perfume room. It's been a minute since you and I have caught up. So that's what today is. I'm rambling. I'm riled up. I'm excited. I'm happy. I'm sad. I'm angry, I'm confused, I'm all the things, and I'm about to share it with you.

Before we get into it, I got to share my son to the day because it is such a fun one, it is such a special one.

This is a collaboration between two longtime friends of perfume room.

We have at one corner commodity perfumes.

And on the other, Emma, perfumerism on TikTok and YouTube, who has been on the podcast,

love them both.

And as you probably have already seen, Emma has become the queen of milk on the internet,

which please, like what a reigning title.

If I could be queen of anything,

it would be dairy. I love that for Emma. I love that for us for getting to witness it.

But basically over the last like year and a half-ish, I believe, she's been on a journey to get her nose on as many milk lactonic scents as she could. And of course, what better way to culminate this journey than to launch a milk scent

of her own?

So in collaboration with commodity, and I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a flanker

of commodity milk or its own thing.

I know it's a limited edition release that I believe will be available in commodity

and Sephora as of September 2nd.

But she has released commodity milk orchid.

And in my hand and on my skin, I have a bottle of milk orchid.

I've been wearing it for an hour, so I have gone through the opening, the heart, the dry down,

and I am ready to talk about it. So the hero note

of milk orchid is vanilla orchid. And I definitely think that this is a vanilla scent. And if you've

been listening closely, Emma sought to create a non-milk milk perfume. And I totally get what she meant
