Today I'm going to unpack seven ways to start doing that today.

Okay. Many of us are exhausted doing fitness the world's way and we don't even realize

that we've been trying to answer our spiritual problems and issues with worldly solutions.

And that's why it's not working. This will work. Okay. And as we try to get fit with God,

we're going to notice a big difference because we're going to have peace in the process

and we are going to have power that is beyond our ability because the God we serve

gives us the ability to walk in self-control. And so many of us aren't doing that.

We're going to church on Sunday and then we're struggling and doing this whole fitness thing
