And moving forward, I'm only going to be opening it a few times a year. In the past, when I had closed enrollment, it was opening monthly. I'm not going to do that

Here's the thing is some people get frustrated with themselves when they're trying to lose weight

because they want to lose weight, but they're not doing what they need to do to lose weight.

And so what I was explaining to Maggie is, is you have two competing desires.

And right now, the choices you're making are outweighing the choices you need to be making to get the weight loss.
