The 2020s are lost so so it takes so long even if they don't want to get my decision.

Now it takes a while to get everything going so US companies including Tesla will be reliant

on the Chinese supply chain for the whole 2020s and you're looking at the chip.

That's happening with chips that's batteries for the 2020s and so that's no good but they

can make the right decision for the 20s and 30s.

Good morning everyone happy Tuesday we are nearing the end of the realignment season

as we get into the end of the year and go into our break which is going to start next

week as we go home to celebrate the holidays we're excited we've made it this far and

we wanted to say that we've got another great episode of course this is with Steve Levine

he is the editor of the information's electric newsletter we're covering a topic that we've

not really covered up until now which is batteries automobile industry and how this plays

into the competition of the US and China everything everyone's really interested in.

We definitely know that we need to have to cover energy a lot more so next year we're

Well you know it's interesting Marshall they just named Elon Musk Time Magazine's person

of the years this is really the time and you guys are going to realize how deeply embedded

Elon Musk is and the entire conversation are a lot of electric cars but to me it's just

all about supply chain supply chain supply chain supply chain this has been the year of the

supply chain we are all going to have an intimate knowledge of it the most poignant thing

that Steve says is oh if you care about the America winning the 2020s in the electric vehicle

...
