for this week um and you know i i try to bring my quotes into like kind of how i'm feeling and just like what's going through my mind. Sometimes it's like about being unstoppable, sometimes about persisting. This one is just basically be happy with what you have, excited for what you don't. And I think sometimes, you know, I know this isn't really fitness related, but, you know, we can get carried away with ourselves, especially me. You know, always like maybe looking, especially, you know, I'm going to talk about a little detox from Instagram and stuff later, but like even comparing on Instagram with like, that colossus fit. Yeah, bro, even we still want you to follow, but, um, you know, going on Instagram, you see someone with a great physique and you're like thinking oh man like I just I wish I wish I had that you know and it's and once again

know and it's and once again it's great to like look outside and be excited for like what you don't have

and this a lot of times can also relate to like materialistic things you know occasionally i'm just like

you know while i do really want this upgraded SUV i'm always like i find sometimes i become unhappy

because i i have a really cool one but it's not that top level.

So I'm just trying to appreciate what I have like, you know, this week I've jumped back into doing more gratitude journaling and just I've actually been spending more time with my thoughts.

And it's just been really relaxing and nice to realize, hey, you know what, whatever you have around you, be grateful for it.

We always talk about gratitude journaling and be excited for what you have, like, you know, the goals that you've set. And, you know, even if it's kind of like out of your range, like be excited for it, work for it, you know, and there's nothing wrong with that. Like if anyone says there is, you know, if you want to have a dream car, like Josh today was talking about Lamborghinis, like there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. And as long as you appreciate what you have, like, that's how we live our life. And that's how we become happy, right? That quote's fire, fam. Buddy, that is straight fire. No, that's a really good quote. I'm not going to get to the whole Toronto talk. But yeah, really good quote. and I there's a lot of value there. And I think there's a lot of value in learning to trust the process. You know, because if you make your happiness on a precedent, if this or when this, I'll be happy, you'll never be happy. Because, you know, even every time I hit a goal, I realize there's higher highs and all these things and it's even funny
