0:39.2	Starting with you, Alex.
0:41.0	My fact this week is that 1% of the entire planet's wood supply is turned into IKEA furniture.
0:47.9	Bullshit.
0:48.9	That is true.
0:49.9	But they've only got 400 or so shops globally.
0:52.9	Do you have the vints one?
0:53.9	Yeah, but they're pretty big.
0:55.5	Think about how many books there are, right?
0:56.9	Yeah.
0:57.9	How many trees are needed for that?
0:59.5	So if you think of an Amazon warehouse globally, all the warehouses, surely more wood goes
1:04.0	there.
1:05.0	I think the amount of volume that passes through those shops is huge.
1:07.0	So one of the reasons that their furniture is so cheap is the way they've packaged it.
1:10.6	So if you open up a IKEA bookcase package, it's incredibly tightly packed together.
1:15.1	There's very little polystyrene in it and that's like part of the reason it's so cheap
1:18.3	apparently.
