Hello, you guys. Welcome back to another episode. It has been a wild few weeks. There's been a lot happening

behind the scenes that I can't wait to update you on. This is going to be a little bit of a life update.

I'm going to chat about balancing motherhood and business and my fitness routine and kind of share

what's been happening behind the scenes. So many of you, Mamas, who are also exhausted, have asked me how it's going with my little

I've shared on Instagram that we have not been sleeping.

I have a 10-month-old at the time of this recording.

And he was doing great at like four months and and sleeping well. And then the last few months,

it was just this massive regression. And we were getting up five, six plus times in the

middle of the night. And I was starting to lose my sanity. And an amazing sleep consultant

reached out to me on Instagram. And it changed our life in literally three days.

So I'm going to share that with you mamas who are interested because I've gotten a lot of questions

on that. I'm also going to chat about some of the things that have helped me actually stay

consistent with my fitness routine through, you know, being a new mom, running a business,
