It could be getting fired, not getting the role you wanted, trying something and it not working out,

putting everything on the line and it not working out. And probably the biggest one is heartbreak,

where you feel absolutely defeated where you've given everything to this person, or it feels

like, you've given everything emotionally to this person, you adore them, you love them and

you feel defeated and abandoned, and they

break up with you. Or you've been in a relationship where you've kind of feel forced to pull the

trigger and break up because it's just all gone completely pear-shaped and you feel defeated.
