I need to address a couple elephants in the room.

First being that I look so crazy, but I'm blaming it a mom because she made us do the CrossFit open, what it 24.1 workout yeah and how you feeling I am not well but

I was like refusing to put on jeans I was not putting on jeans and so mom looks adorable

and I got my jeans on it's a it's a it's a reoccurring theme but just let's ignore

it and everything will be okay another thing is that bandit is just kind of like minding his own business

yeah bands we're trying to do work here yeah be you is'i-o. He is lounged up. On top of our love pillow, you can't even see the word love if you're

watching on YouTube because Bands is right here in the middle.

But all of that aside, today's episode is really exciting because I have been and my friends

have been requesting.

It's always the ones that we genuinely have requested

that are so good yes um so today mom is going to share all of her essential oil um you know what would

you say like knowledge like the base enthusiasm if you're first getting into oils, this is a great podcast to watch.

My friends always are asking me like, can your mom come teach us a class?

And this will kind of be a good starting, kind of like an essential oils class today.

So I'm going to be asking some questions.

She's going to be sharing just her good old knowledge from years of, you know, learning and educating herself.
