| 1:35.2 | You know, labeling something gives it an element of power. |

| 1:45.9 | You know, we sat there together and my client's been coming to me for a few sessions now. |
| 1:50.9 | And, you know, the problem is feeling anxious responses and feeling these negative emotions that come along with associated scenarios or places. |
