meditation. Now, this one is, I've decided to cover

this because I talk about meditation quite regularly in sessions and I do meditation myself.

And this morning, I come back from the gym and it was quite early.

I got up really early to go to the gym and I come back and I thought, right, okay, before the kids wake up,

I'm going to lie down and I'm going to do a quick 10, 15 minute meditation just to set myself up for a really good day.

And I put on a meditation and, you know, I'm not going to mention

names here, but it was just awful and I couldn't believe how bad it was. And the voice just

wasn't right. There was, there was no music. It just didn't feel right.

And I really struggled to get into any kind of meditative state.

So I then searched some more and I found some ones with lovely music on there.

So it really made me think about meditation and how it can sometimes be done so wrong.
