Welcome to our catch up.

0:27.2

Everyone was really disappointed.

0:29.0

I wouldn't say disappointed, but I know it's hard when like you see all the stories of like, oh my gosh, this happened, this happened.

0:34.2

And then like you just get a Q&A episode last week with no real

0:37.7

information. So we're going to catch up. We're going to talk about everything that we've been

0:40.9

up to. I'm going to share some good stories of my Arizona trip. And we have a great group in the

0:47.9

chat today. So it's looking good. You look tan. I did go to Florida. I know. Tan, it, it might be a stretch. I have this great co-worker who I like a lot. Golden. You have a golden glow. I have color, I would say. Yeah. I have his coworker. And when I went to Mexico back in February, I got back. And the first thing he said, he looked at me, he goes, wow, I thought you would be more tan. And I was like, did you think that? Did you think of you R-Tan? So now I give him grab about that all the time.

0:54.4

And so, and he's like, I thought you would be more tan. And I was like, did you think that? Did you think I'd be more tan?

1:27.5

So now I get him grab about that all the time. And so, and he's like, I do wear SPF 75. I don't tan. I have to be covered up all the time. I did get like a teeny tiny bit burned right on like the border of where my bikini bottom. It's always on a border where you just like. It's always on a border. And I, it got so burned. I mean, I got back, what, six days ago now? And it's still red, like deep red. Oh, out. It was really bad. It was like swollen. But like, this is how my body reacts to the sun. And I was like, oh, yeah, this is worth it. like because sometimes if I do a really good job, this is the quintessential thing, right?

1:27.5

It's like if you, yeah, this is worth it. Like, because sometimes if I do a really good job,

1:44.8

this is the quintessential thing, right? It's like if you, if like your medication's working,

1:48.4

you're like, I'm cured. I mean, stop taking this. I don't need it anymore. You feel better because of your medication. Similarly, when I like do a really good job of covering up from the sun, I'm like, I'm cured from this sunburn problem. I don't have to wear sunscreen anymore. And then I

1:44.8

don't wear sunscreen and it's like, Claire, you absolute idiot. The reason that things were going so well is because you were reapplying sunscreen every like 20 minutes. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And I wore like a long sleeve sun shirt the whole time, but I did get a little color of my face, even though I wore a hat and sunscreen the whole time. We had a great time. My in my inlaws have this little house in actually Bradenton. I thought it was Sarasota. It's actually Bradenton. And so if you guys are familiar with that area, you know the difference. It's very, very cute little town. They have this really cute like 1950s little ranchdale house. They have this great pool in the back. My kids, who I previously would absolutely have described as like

2:34.7

not swimmers, just swam the entire time. We swam like three times a day in the pool. Like we wake up, go to the pool, then we'd go to the beach, then we'd come back and go to the pool and then we'd come back and go to the pool and then we'd go in the pool again before bed. So it was really fun. Yeah. Great times. River is in the background scrounging around in her. I meant like her crate is in my office.

2:32.0

Oh,

2:32.3

that's right.

2:32.7

And we give her treats when we put her in her crate and she's,

2:35.1

maybe there's. Yeah, great times. River is in the background scrounging around in her. I meant like her crate is in my office.

2:51.3

Oh, that's right.

2:52.0

And we give her treats when we put her in her crate. Yeah. Maybe there's like some beef jerking. A little morsel. Yeah. Sorry if you hear scrounging noises. So Crystal asks, is that the town with a dog mural at a bar? If it is, we didn't go there. But a lot of people, Lori McKenzie, a lot of people are saying that they are familiar
