which we will get into in just a moment. First of all, how do you feel about the new cover photo?

How do you feel about the new intro? Yes, I have changed the photo. I've changed the intro once

again because as I evolve, so does my brand. When I first started the Self-Love Fix podcast,

my vision for the podcast was originally going to be this space in this place where I would give you

these weekly tips where you would get your weekly fix quote unquote, you know, like a candy fixer.

I don't know, like I'm trying to think of what else would you get a fix of your coffee fix,

you know, somewhere where you could get what you needed for the week. I saw that there was like a

gap in the podcasting space where there was no one really, no one who looked like me, no one

was black who was really speaking about these experiences of how childhood affects your adulthood
