Hello, and welcome back to the Self-Love Fix Podcast. My name is Beatrice,

and I'm your host, and this episode is the last episode of 2022. Can you believe we're at the

end of 2022? What is this? What actually is this? But yes, I want to give you something to really

chew on. I think last, I don't know if it was last year or the year before that where I kind of

spoke about like what I've learned this year and gave kind of a recap, and I was going to do that,

and then I realized I'd rather share with you something that has been a big evolution point for me
