Guy. And we've just been sitting here off air chatting through what we're trying to create with a little trip to Marbaya of the two of us.

We took a load of people out to Marbaya we trained we had fun we ate we slept we

we ate we chat we had played volleyball we taught we ran around an assault course we got got dirty together. We made new friends. It was really cool

And this year me and Rachel are going to do one. We're not really we're not actually going to release it till next week.

mindset and sometimes you just want to get in the gym you want want to move, and that's the stuff that Rachel loves to do.
