Kai, how are we? Jim, doing great. And so is the headband. I'm really happy for you, less so for

the headband. And then in St. Louis, a daring drive recently, Matthew snuck down to his home.

I don't really have a great reason for coming back here.

Just wanted to spend some quality time with the mother and the father.

And yeah, I mean, I just feel like when you can podcast from multiple occasions, it's that kind of versatility that helps you really develop into a great podcaster. So it's just trying to get in different atmosphere, different venues, getting used to the environment. So that's when I'm flexing that muscle right now, I guess, Jim. All I hear is I want mom to cook me free food. That's all I heard. Free. At free in like all caps underscore, yeah, exactly. That's massive for me. Someone who doesn't cook and likes to spend $25 a meal. So it's been tough for the old wallet, Jim. Yeah, I remember that fondly of living with you. We have a wonderful show. We got two years up,

two years of that. That's right. We are catching up on the roundup, and then we are going to go through

some transfer portal discussion, first of all, really about the transfer process itself and anything

we would change, and then also winners and losers, separated by tiers of teams,

your power six, your high major, and your mid-major. Anything to add to that, fellas? Am I missing

any key points on the outline here? No, Jim, it was beautifully said. I'm excited to do a hoops episode

after our non-hoops episode, our non-sequitur, if you will.

So what is it? What is it a non-sequitur? I guess a non-sequitur is kind of like a something

that's not related to the topic or kind of a random event. I need the dictionary definition

of that, please. Yeah. I'll look it up while you continue this lovely answer. I'll just chime with one courtesy point. It's a big week, or two weeks upcoming for college basketball. We have, I like to call it the committee coalition, because there's like 30 million committees that have to meet and talk about the upcoming plans. So there's a bunch of that going on this week. And next week, kids going back to school, college football about to ramp up um so i think when we record what what's this episode number kai i believe it's 179 i think episode
