but not in the same room. He is joining us over Zoom, as is Jim Root coming in from Las Vegas, Nevada,

beautiful scenic, very hot Las Vegas, Nevada. Let's start with Jim. Jim, how's it going out there?

What's your life like these days? Well, Kai, you mentioned that is scenic.

I did go to Red Rock Canyon this weekend, got some hiking in, avoided running into some

cactus.

It got a little lost for probably about a half hour period where I wasn't sure I would ever

see civilization again.

But it was good to feel like an outdoorsman for a few hours on a Saturday.

Jim, how's your Great West National Park acumen? Strong to quite strong? How would you

call it almost impossible to be weaker? Okay. Yeah, I actually would, I think I am weaker. I've

been to zero national parks. There's a trivia question, I think, with my family over the break, and I couldn't name any of like the six main ones, like Grand Teton and Yellowstone. So I could get Yellowstone? I thought it was just a geyser. I don't know it was actually its own park. Okay, yours is worse than mine. I mean, I don't know anything. Like the, the,

it spews of water from the ground. It looks cool. I just haven't been there. I can, I'll check it out someday eventually when I have a family and kids and a wife. You thought Yellowstone was a geyser. Okay. All right. The three man weave, college basketball podcast. We're going to get into this guy. We're not a nature podcast.

you will get your roots around up, all your college basketball news shoved in your face into your

ear holes. But then we're going to take a different turn for this podcast. We are going to talk some non-hoops stuff. We're going to talk about our favorite movies, our favorite TV shows, what we're like outside of Three Man Weave. Maybe. I'm not sure we get into that necessarily. But a little reprieve, I guess, from the COVID talk of the college basketball world. we'll get into some of that in the Roots Roundup but a show that's a little bit different nonetheless.
