Yeah, we wanted to put you on the spot and make you host this one. Yeah, I'm not ready at all. People hadn't heard your voice. They hadn't heard you. Yeah, it was a lot of, uh, yeah, the last episode was a pretty, you guys came out pretty hard. and I had to, you know, I had to look myself in the mirror and think,

do I want to continue with this organization?

But I, I'm committed, you know, and look myself in the mirror and think, do I want to continue with this organization? But I, I'm committed, you know, it's a, it's tough love in this organization. So, you know, I think that makes me better. I'm hoping to really bounce back tonight and lead us through a really hearty discussion about NBA draft declarations fellows. We have, for some reason, people want to

come back to school. I guess there's some like inside intel that we're actually going to have a

season. So I love that. I'm reading way too much into it. But, Kai, what do you think? Is this a tell

tell sign that this baby might start on time? Well, Matt, let me start with. I really think Michael

Donald was a fantastic substitution for you on last podcast.

He really tells great stories and has awesome opinions.

I might extend an offer for him to join Three Man Weave if you ever decide to fully go to the consulting route.

A lot, a lot of hours, as I was sharing with you both prepod, had a tough, tough day at the

office today. I had a few spreadsheet hiccups, but we had those corrected and now it's all smooth

sound. So just a quick PSA to those out there who work in the accounting, finance, consulting business, double check your work. You know, attention to detail matters. It goes a long way. And that's one of the things that we adhere to this podcast. So just a quick lesson to the kids out there. Matt did the office equivalent of following a three-point shooter. Yeah, you just don't do it. Don't do it. Just don't do it. You don't copy down that formula. Double check it.
