1:11.7	what we can all take from this book and take from his knowledge in facing the challenges
1:17.4	that we all have, like whether it's cancer or whether it's a mental health issue or maybe
1:22.9	your parents are going through a divorce. I think this book is such a great example of overcoming
1:28.6	adversity and being resilient and really taking life and learning lessons as you're going along.
