mental health. Now this is, this has been spared on actually by a post that I put into the group on, I think

I put a post in there talking about the six keys to good mental health, six keys to

putting your mental health into a line and gaining some control.

And one of the keys was a brain healthy diet. So I thought I

would cover this in today's podcast because not many people know what a brain healthy diet is and how

your nutrition can impact your mental health. And this is something that I talk about

in every session with my clients. When they first come in and sit down with me and if they're talking

about anxiety or feelings of depression, I always look into external. So I call them an external factor.

And diet is one of the biggest things that we look into because I'm almost 100% certain that they will be doing something wrong.

They'll be excluding something or not eating the right things or just something that's to do with their diet
