I'm so excited to share with you this conversation that I had with one of my favorite spiritual teachers, Gongaji.

And I found her work at a really important time in my life, as in it came into my world

right when I needed it.

And you know how that happens, and perhaps that's happened with this podcast for you, or

you've shared this podcast with other people, or someone hands you a book or sends you a

quote or sends you words or thoughts or whatever that they think might be helpful and it has this

resonance with it that this truth that says I got to keep following this I got to dive deep and

this has happened with any sort of teacher or book or thing that I get sent when my heart is ready. And, you know, as they say, when the student is ready, the teacher arrives, the teacher that we need for that moment. And that's why I think things like podcasts are so powerful because I can bring on here people that have really resonated for me

that if not through me, you might not have found it. And that means a lot for me that

I can be a conduit to people learning from other people and us all, you know, as Ram Dass

says, we're all just walking each other home.

And a dear friend of mine sent me her podcast, which is excerpts and also recordings of just

her teachings. And her teachings just met me perfectly in the place I was in.

It was right after Kylie and I broke up.

And it then brought me on a trail of eventually going to one of her retreats,

which was a truly profound experience.

And so I'm so I just am really pumped that you get to hear the energetics of how her words feel in your body.
