You know, I'm always curious about why is it that we have a challenge changing, right?

Like we know behavior is unhealthy.

And maybe we haven't even really accepted it yet.

We might act like we don't know.

And I think it's when we start to see the consequences in our lives, you know, the impact

on other people.

Maybe our relationship ends.

Maybe it goes through a lot of challenges.

And we are told, hey, like, you're the source of this or you're part of this.

And sometimes obviously there's not truth in that, right? Like they just keep pointing the finger.

But often there is truth in the feedback we're getting. And I think even more directly,
