Welcome back to Fit Body Happy Joints. My name is Shannon. Today we are talking about how to find your ideal fitness routine for improving body composition, health and longevity. Social media and the wellness industry can feel so polarizing. Some say

cardio is bad. Some say you must do a ton of cardio to live a long time. Some say

hit wrecks your hormones. others say it heals your hormones.

Here's the deal.

Anything that elevates your body's state without causing symptoms and any system of your body

will provide a beneficial adaptation for your health and longevity.

But we just tend to get so extreme with our recommendations.

And it's so common that we see fitness enthusiasts
