journey. That is when someone doesn't have access to food. I know I talk a lot about people

experiencing food insecurity because they were dieting, But what if you don't have access to food

because you don't have enough money for food? Or what if you don't have access to enough

food because you don't have a place to live or you don't have a place to cook it or you are in such a

limited budget that food lacks really any variety or pleasure. I know for many listeners,

I wonder if that's you, have felt that neglect. And I need to apologize for that. And honestly, I am going to dive deep into

this conversation with fellow colleague and dietitian Lori Short, Zemudio. We're going to really go through
