For me, it wasn't a quick fix at all.

I felt like they almost gave me a compass and said,

okay, that way's north.

Keep walking north.

And I discovered that sometimes your brokenness

is a far greater bridge to other people

than your pretend wholeness ever is.

It is time to talk it out together with us. but you do it all with grace and heart and such honesty.

And that's why we're here today to talk about some of those things

that a lot of people feel like they can't, they can't share,

or maybe there's shame involved that should not be there.
