First question is, what are the best activities for recovery days? And first I want to say

recovery days, we do recommend two recovery days per week. So we recommend lifting, you know, three to five days a week and then

making sure that you're taking two active recovery days. But we always say

we don't want you to just be like stationary on your recovery days.

So what are good activities for recovery days?

Yeah, you can't really go wrong with this.

You know, you want to choose some sort of activities that is going to keep you moving,

but not spike your heart rate a ton.

So my go-tos are always going on a walk with friends or playing pickleball.
