clients and she's been a perfect fit because she relates to clients on a different level because Wren actually lost 100 pounds herself and not only did she lose 100 pounds she has fully transformed her body. She has added so much muscle. She is so functional and she is so strong.

It's not about being perfect.

She did not get where she is by being perfect along the way or doing everything at once and she's going to explain that in detail and I know her story is going to show you that it's not about being perfect but just about continuing.

Wren is a wife and a mom of three and she feels like she struggled her whole life with weight.

She was getting really tired of gaining and losing the same 20 plus pounds for years and years

I'm gonna do this different I want to do it right I want to get in good shape and I want to do it
