0:00.0	Good morning, and I say good morning because I'm recording this. It is now 5.14 a.m. and I've already been up for an hour.

0:24.4	And for some reason, when I start training, I can't sleep.
0:27.4	So the good thing is getting exercise out of the way early in the morning.
