episode, but it is not the standard real person episode.

Today's guest, Jackie Cummings-Coskey, as you'll hear in our chat, left the corporate world in a non-financial role.

She wasn't an advisor, still isn't an advisor, but has since become super knowledgeable in personal finance and has also become a fixture, a presence

in the financial education community. She's the co-host of the catching up to FI, which

hands for financial independence as you'll hear, catching up to FI podcast. She wrote the book,

literally wrote the book, Fire for Dummies, where fire is financial

independence retire early, which you'll hear us talk much more about in the episode.

And I learned a lot from it, too.

She wrote another book before that.

So she is, she took the knowledge she learned on her journey of educating herself and personal

finances, really turned it into something fantastic.

She's helping educate millions of people through the

book, to the podcast, through other social media outlets. So fantastic guests, amazing story. I'm super

glad she's here, you know, was willing to come on and talk and share her background. I've known

her in the virtual world only in Facebook for about five

years. We've crossed past just from posts and stuff. And I think she's been a consumer of a lot of
