So Alan is a great guy. I've since met him once, maybe twice at conferences. We first crossed paths as you hear us chat about virtually through

Facebook group, Facebook groups. I don't recall which one it was, but in 2020 maybe, he was

thinking about starting his own thing, like deep down the path of planning and thinking about

starting his own thing. I had just recently started mine

and it was COVID, so lots of people were hanging out online. My sort of out of choice was

Facebook groups and Alan and I cross paths and glad we did. And we've stayed fairly close virtually

since. And now, like I said, I've met once or twice. And so he, like me,

started from, started his firm from nothing. They didn't come directly from the advisory business

and therefore didn't have existing clients and sort of business to take with him. But really

great to see, great to hear that he and his business are doing well. And it is growing healthily

with intention and focus and

really makes me smile and happy to see and hear really good folks who are really good

planners in this business for the right reasons, doing well, having success, serving clients
