I feel sad for that person, and sometimes I don't know what to do about it. Even though I've

been working on this for a really long time, I find myself really not knowing how often to speak up, how to speak up,

and I have a letter from someone who's really wondering the same thing. This is someone who has

been recovering from an eating disorder, is training to become a therapist, and doesn't really know what to do when diet talk comes up.
