0:35.7	give a bit of a recap of a conference at, well, I guess it wasn't
0:40.7	really conference. It was more of like a little summit, a practice management summit for advisors,
0:45.1	where it was two weeks ago today, or at least as of the day this episode is released. It was two
0:48.9	weeks ago today, I was there. And I was on a panel where we discussed the few different compensation models,
0:56.7	revenue models that people can have in the financial services industry.
0:59.6	And we discussed the pros and cons and conflicts of each and one that can make sense,
1:03.2	etc.
1:04.4	Each of the three of us panelists have and use different fee and compensation models
1:10.5	in our respective practices. So we all had our
1:12.5	own fair, you know, our own bits to share about about our thoughts and views. So I will
1:18.7	give a quick rundown of that. But hey, have you heard of the new sport called Quiet Tennis?

1:28.4	And my big, goofy smile moment is I'm recording this on Sunday, September 28th.
1:35.5	Last night was my younger daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party.
1:39.9	It was about 70 people there.
1:41.3	It was a really good time.
1:42.1	We had it at this venue right on the water between New Jersey and Staten Island, which is part of New York, one of the five boroughs of New York, actually. We live in New Jersey, but right near there. And it was only like a 20-minute ride to get there. I had to cross the bridge, across the river. But the venue was right on the water.
