all right welcome episode 172 hello my friend welcome to another episode of

new mindset who this and I'll start by saying quickly thank you thank you

for all the support and great feedback on last episode episode 171 that was

the guided meditation music experience that I created with DJ producer Alex

Cruz and it was it's pretty unique it's a cool mix of words and music and I'm

just really grateful that so many of you listened enjoyed it and have been

sharing it so super cool to me and I just want to say thank you for that so

definitely check that out particularly if if you've never really been into

meditation because you I don't either found it boring or if you found it

difficult to focus and make it work like that's that's me to a T I'm a very

easily distracted but I found that when you combine meditation with the right

music it's really natural to find yourself in this in this state of flow and it
