Welcome to this episode of The How Up Business. This is Henry Lopez. And my guest today, today again is David Barnett. I say again because

he's actually my first repeat guest. So I'm very excited to have him back on the show. David,

welcome back. Hey, Henry. Thanks for inviting me again. I'm excited to be here. Absolutely. We're going to

dive into a very important topic of preparing to sell our business for our listeners. You may recall, David was

on our show previously. And if you haven't listened to that previous episode, I definitely

recommended that was back on episode 99 of the How of Business. But let me give you a quick

bio on David. And then if you want to hear his journey, which was very

interesting, go back and listen to episode 99. David is an entrepreneur, an author, a consultant,

a real estate investor, and a mentor who is an expert in the areas of buying, selling, financing,

and planning for small businesses. After a successful sales career,

he started his first business in 2005 and sold that business in 2006. He has also previously been a

business broker. She has a lot of experience there. One of his latest books is How to Sell My Own Business, and it became a

bestseller under Amazon's entrepreneurship category in its first month of release. You can find
