You're one of just one or two people who we've had on more than once.

So that should tell our listener something.

The first episode that you and I recorded, Craig,

was back in episode 43 of the How of Business, a great episode, lots of takeaways. You and I

have stayed in touch and have done business together since. But for our listeners who didn't

listen to that episode, let me give you a background on Craig. Craig is an entrepreneur, an author,

a podcaster, and a commercial real estate expert. He's been negotiating commercial real estate

leases and purchases since 1980. He founded Lease Smart after hearing from too many of his clients

who contacted him after they had negotiated their deal

terms and then asked him to look over the lease before signing it.

And of course, always he found that things could have been done much better, many times

important things.

So finally, after experiencing the same need again and again, he formed lease smart

to assist those small business people in need. Craig holds real estate licenses in Florida,

North Carolina, and South Carolina. And then he's got a network of people that he works with

all around the country. He's a certified commercial investment

member and a former member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. And so again,
