Summary
In today's Monday Message, Emily talks about the key to connection. She says it's actually important to disconnect first and quiet the noise. Connection to yourself first and foremost is very important. Start by getting rid of all the distractions and pray, meditate, read/write or go for a walk outside. These are just a few things you can do to get rid of distractions and create space in your mind so you can have a connection with someone in real life, not just on social media. So, it's important to leave your phone out of the equation. Be intentional about your time together, listen to them, let them reciprocate and see what's in each other's hearts.
