So you guys I am a huge fan of talking about time management.

I always have been really honestly because I'm going to attribute this to my my background of

swimming well any sport any commitment any any sort of

extra activity that I think anyone does outside of you know their regular school and family life while they're growing up.

I really believe it teaches you time management.

So for me growing up as a competitive swimmer we swim so many

hours I mean like four hours a day so that had to fit in somewhere and so to

for me to compete at the level of swimming that I wanted to, I really had to have excellent time management and something I learned at a really young age.

And so it's made, it's become a great strength of my time management as just part of who I am.
