So, uh, yeah, point number one today is join a challenge. And of course, you know, we know a lot of people are struggling. There's no challenges like enjoying. Oh, well, we have a challenge. Excuse me. It's starting May 4th and it is now officially open. So the first link in the description, you can find out more. But let's just go over it a bit. Basically, we know a lot of people are struggling. People just don't know when to work out, how to work out, what to do. They don't have the accountability. There's no gym, and that's what we're here to help you out with. That's exactly it. You know, we were looking, once again, we've talked a lot about making a decision to either commit to having yourself be busy and challenge and, you know, you using this time as a positive as opposed to a negative. |
