  2. Katies Q: So my question is related to tracking macros and exercise. I track my food on MyFitnessPal according to my macros for fat loss (so I'm in a deficit). Am I supposed to add my calories burned into MyFitnessPal or not (which will increase what I eat in a day to make up for what I worked off)? I don't want to eat more than my macros and not be in a deficit, but i want to make sure I give my body all the nutrients it needs to accomplish my goals. Thanks you much! Love the podcast! 
  3. I was wondering if, and how much I should eat before a workout, especially in the morning? Are there any snacks/meals you recommend? (Annie K)
  4. Question, we’ve been doing legs twice a week and I’ve noticed that the inner part of my calve muscle is harder than the outside of the muscle. Are there ways to work the different parts of your calves?

And I really just like this quote because, you know, I think a lot of people like to make excuses and say, oh, this person's better because they're more privileged. This person does better and more successful because they've had better education. They've had better parenting. They've had better this and that. But at the end of the day, you know, if you're willing to be someone who puts in a little extra, you know, you stay and you run a few more laps or, you know, you work out a little bit harder, you put a little more effort, you study a little bit more. You know, that's really how you do become extraordinary and how you take it to the next level. So if there's anything in your life, you know, you want to be more than ordinary. It's just that little extra.
