What is going on, everyone. Welcome to the fit, healthy, and most of all happy podcast. I am your host, Josh, here with my co-host. KG in the house. And we just want to thank everyone for tuning in for a little mailbox Monday. We're going to jump right into the quotes. My quote's super simple, but it's something that's been firing me up. It's just can't stop, won't stop. You know, it's more of a slogan, I suppose, than it is a quote.

But, you know, if you just keep in your head, can't stop, won't stop, you know,

something I keep repeating, when I got to do heavy sets of squats, you know, close 400 pounds,

and I'm doing 8 to 10, 12 reps, you know, at 3 or 4 reps, I'm like, what am I doing? This is crazy. And I just think, can't stop, won't solve. I'm going to get to six.

And then before you know what, you got one set done.

And just to repeat that mantra in your head can be so powerful. And even as a joke with one of my clients and buddies, you know, we've been repeating to each other, you know, every time we see each other, like, I'm fresh.
